For this Board of Directors Dinner we created not one, but two show experiences that combined choreography with video mapping. With a video team in the Netherlands and the dancers of the National Ballet of South-Korea the goal was to reach maximum elegance and perfection. While rehearsing the movements with the dancers in a television studio, a live connection with the video team enabled us to update the video content on a daily basis. Thus perfecting the connection between physics and projections.

During the opening show, four ballet dancers combined classical ballet and contemporary dance in a delicate choreography. This dance performance visualised the dynamics of energy and how they complement one another in movement.

A custom music composition connected the Gayageum with the Ud.
To honor the connection between the culture of South-Korea and our clients origin, we turned to traditional instruments and music. The challenge was found in bringing together the different chord progressions, whilst maintaining the music’s ability to touch the hearts of the audience. A wonderful innovative connection in performing arts, which was succesfully caried out.
