When Baker Tilly approached us, they had one bold goal: to organize an event about generational management. A big topic, and the perfect challenge for our creative studio to turn this event into something real, relevant, and deeply meaningful.

We developed a concept that placed generations at the heart of the experience. Because in a world where five generations now share the same workplace, it’s not about what sets us apart, it’s about what brings us together.

And that’s how the concept “Generatie Verderkijkers” came to life — built on three key pillars: connect, explore, and grow. Connection forms the foundation for everything we achieve together. From there comes curiosity — the drive to explore new perspectives and think beyond boundaries. And when connection meets exploration, growth happens: learning from and with each other, bridging differences, and shaping a shared future. Not top-down, but side by side. This concept was translated into a carefully designed program that brought these elements to life.

Baker Tilly

An inspiring afternoon filled with energy, curiosity, and the courage to explore new perspectives.

At Studio 21, we transformed the space into an immersive experience. Using the venue’s LED screen, we surrounded guests with light, sound, and storytelling, making them part of the narrative from the very first moment.

The event opened with a film featuring the children of Baker Tilly employees. Because when you see the world through their eyes, you’re reminded of what truly matters: curiosity, play, and the power of togetherness.

Five generations. One workplace. One shared future. This event didn’t just bring people together, it aligned perspectives for lasting growth.

Tony’s Chocolonely | YNZO VAN ZANTEN

Crazy about chocolate, serious about people.

We designed a program that struck every chord, from emotion to inspiration, from laughter to reflection. Think powerful storytelling, bold ideas, and just the right dose of humor. Ynzo van Zanten (Tony’s Chocolonely) set the tone with an opening keynote full of energy and purpose. Roland Grootenboer sparked conversation on how young talent and experienced minds can truly elevate each other, while Thijs Launspach and Lennard Toma challenged the audience to look differently at today’s work dilemmas. And to top it all off, we closed the day with a humorous finale that brought everyone together, laughing, connecting, and leaving inspired. The result? A powerful, human-centered experience that embodied Baker Tilly’s spirit.
